We were leaving for California on Saturday on our club trip, and my organic chemistry teacher blurted out our grades in the airport terminal. I got an “A” in organic chem! She said a couple of times that she wanted to give me the organic chemistry student of the year award, but I was a couple percentage points behind the top girl. That was still a cool honor because I don’t feel really good at organic chemistry at all (but does anyone really?). I miss my teacher already. I don’t think that anyone could top my chemistry professor.
I couldn’t have been happier, though. Woo-hoo! Today, since I got back from Cali, I got to confirm my three big fat “A’s” in chemistry, environmental science, and state history. It was great to finish my pre-med adventure with success. It’s definitely a long journey.
From here on out, it is MCAT preparation time. I take the test the second week on July, and I am so excited to get that beast out of the way.
I will post pics of the California trip later after I recover, lol. Anyway, it’s going to take me a while to go through all of the pictures that I took!
